Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more products in a single order and these are delivered together;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, if you ordered several products and they are delivered separately;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or piece, if your order consists of multiple partial shipments or items.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lavloé – Bundesstraße 60, 8740 Zeltweg, Austria) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send back the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return Exception for Cosmetic Products

Returns of cosmetic products are generally excluded for hygiene reasons.
Opened or used products cannot be returned, as they are no longer suitable for resale and hygiene standards can no longer be guaranteed.
Only unopened, unused, and undamaged cosmetic products may be returned.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a different delivery method than the standard, least expensive method offered by us). Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof that you have returned them — whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us at your own expense within 14 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period has expired.

⚠️ Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned in unused, unopened and undamaged condition.
In the case of damaged packaging or product condition, a value deduction of €10–€20 may apply, depending on the level of deterioration.
If the product is returned in a condition unsuitable for resale, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss is due to unnecessary handling beyond what is required to examine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed at the time of the contract, but delivery can only occur after 30 days and the actual value depends on market fluctuations outside our control;
for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;
for the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, where the seal was broken after delivery.
